mr. Winfried G.T.M. Kloes, was born in the Netherlands on May 3, 1959, he studied at the University of Amsterdam, and was sworn in in 1984. He speaks Netherlands, English, Papiamento, French and German. He is notably experienced in the fields of: the law of contracts, real estate law, and litigation in civil cases, banking and insurance law, law of security, law of attachment and execution and intellectual property law. Mr. Kloes was a member of the Board of the National Bar of Aruba, and presently is a member of the Supervisory Committee.

mr. J.L. (Lucy) Peterson, was born in Aruba on May 14, 1956 and studied at the University of Aruba, and was sworn in in 1994. She speaks Netherlands, English, Papiamento and Spanish and notably specializes in the general civil proceedings practice, labor law, the law of persons, and, family law and administrative law.
