The Office

Kloes & Partners Advocaten is a civil law-oriented office. However, the lawyers working with our law firm are experienced in giving legal advice and conducting legal proceedings in numerous fields, among which commercial law, real estate law, corporate law, banking law, labor law, law of attachment and execution, divorce law, medical malpractice law, intellectual property law, security law and administrative law. The lawyers working at the our law firm are registered with the Common Court of Justice of the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba, and authorized to litigate and take care of cases in both countries.

The firm was established by mr. Caesar Maduro (in 1971) who brought in mr. Winfried G.T.M. Kloes in 1987. With the passing of years the firm grew into a leading player within the Aruban and Antillean bar with renowned clients at home and abroad. Ms. mr. J.L. (Lucy) Peterson was hired in 1997.

The firm is accommodated in a new, modern office building at L.G. Smith Boulevard 22, in Oranjestad with ample parking space.
